More from Philadelphia adventure...

We went to a Malaysian restaurant called, Banana Leaf, located in Chinatown in Philadelphia.
We ordered Indian pancakes, Siam Prawns, and a vegetable dish that I can't remember the name of.

And here comes Feast 2 from my friend's family:

Bitter melon stuffed with Pork!

This is abalone with mushroom and chinese bok choy, baby corn and cilantro on top. It was served warm with ankake-like touch to it. Very good and healthy.

Steamed chicken. eaten with fish sauce.
Making one of the popular dishes of Vietnamese cuisine: Pho.
Meat balls and raw slices of meet are added. Then you add the vegetables. Hot sauce and/or oyster sauce(?) added optionally.
