いくらとグレープフルーツの冷製パスタ



So I saw this on Cookpad.com; the plate for the daily menu for July 29th, 2009.
It looks so good... with ikura, grapefruit, and cucumber with a Japanese taste of seaweed tea, lemon juice, and soy sauce.

But i have a problem with this... ikura is good as it is on top of sushi rice. preferably not on warm spaghetti... because the goodness of fresh ikura disappears by putting it on something warm.

and no grapefruit on pasta. i understand grapefruit with raw ham, but not with carbs.
But i do like the combination of cucumber with ikura. sounds good, especially with the japanese dressing.

thats it. i just felt like writing that down.
