Kaze

Kaze in Boston Chinatown.
Not authentic shabu shabu, but I was very pleased with the meal.

Choose meat bouillon, with beef hotpot and steamed rice. The rice is definitely not Japanese, but I ate it all anyway. I hadn't had shabu shabu in a long time, so that made the meal more delicious. I really like going to Kaze because I know I'll get lots of vegetables when I go there. Good vitamin! They also have other meat choices like lamb and chicken. I think that's pretty special to have lamb -- or maybe I'm thinking this because there is no lamb shabu shabu in Japan.

Good stuff, though.
